However, my main question is what grants sellers like Njoy and Crown7 permission to sell e-cigarettes?|||Free enterprise and the US constitution.

Unless it’s prohibited by law, they have every right to make and sell any product they like.|||Exactly. Their time will come.|||I am very interested in distributing these products in Canada.

Am I also eligible fr the free enterprise law? It appears that there currently isn’t any laws on electronic cigarettes in Canada.
