Anybody else notice a falling-off in service levels across the industry lately? I’ve only been actively engaged in this for about six weeks, but to begin with I got my hands bitten off, quick response to emails, fast no-questions-asked exchange of defective components and an all-round perception that everybody in the supply chain was doing their best to give great service. Given we’re dealing in an addictive substance only available by mail, that was a big plus for me.
Right now though, I have issues with three suppliers, two concerning exchanges and one where I just haven’t received goods I paid for a week ago (no problem with it taking a week to arrive but I haven’t had a shipping confirmation, and [i]that[i] does bug me.
I won’t name any names because I’m still chasing up with emails but all of them have been radio silent since last Tuesday (8 July).
So, is it just me?
Emp|||I’ve had no problems, but then I always buy from Smokester..|||My ordering pattern has been quite varied. UK, EU and US. THe only place I haven’t ordered from is China. Too far away and too much guff about the olympics at the moment. Might give ‘em a spin later on, but probably not. We have good local alternatives now.|||I’ve purchased from the following:

Still no packages from them. Since May.|||Coo! I’m whining after 1 week…|||My only problems have been with E-Cig, as well. Other orders and replacements have been timely and uncomplicated, including DealExtreme and myecig.com|||I’ve had to send an extra email or two to Njoy and called Smart Fixx when an email wasn’t answered. Prompt replies so far from MyEcig, E-cig-sales, and ebay store heaven_gifts.
I expect to see struggles with the small operations as publicity brings sales bursts. However I’d still complain.
