Been smoking my e-cig for 6 days now started on one high strength cartridges a day, but last few days Ive been doing about 2 carts a day !for the last 3 days and Ive not slept well cos im buzzing lol i use to smoke about 20 cigarettes a day so i think 2 carts is to much for me but im told by supplier 15 cigs for every cart but forum users say a lot less more like 5 to 8
I think because i can now smoke inside the house, im over using it a tad because im not having to go outside for a fix lol
interested to here from others on the forum, how many cigarette they use to smoke? And how many carts do they smoke now?
We can then work out a more reliable figure for cigs2cart from are results 8-)|||I no longer pay attention to how many carts or drips of e-liquid I do in a day. If I had to guess I would say around 2ml a day. I use medium or low nicotine and haven’t had any overdose systems so I must be doing something right.

However, I did try 24ml just to see what would happen and I got a headache and felt nauseated. I will not try that again. |||I’ve been doing 1 to 1.5 high cartridges a day. I haven’t started refilling or dripping yet (except for squeezing out the used carts)
