Flavorless
Has anyone heard of a liquid that has no flavor added? Just curious. I would be very interested in trying that.|||I remember seeing some, but i cant remember if it was a cart or fluid.

You want nicotine in it at least i am guessing?
Otherwise its basicly water and VG or PG, and maybe a touch of alcohol.

Debating on trying an E-cig..?
Hello. I’ve been reading up on various models and I’ve come to the conclusion that the NJoy would probably be the best model to get.. but I’m a little reluctant to drop down 100$ for something I’ve never tried. I was debating getting the E-cig’s starter pack for the full length cigarette model (https://e-cig.com/shopping/shopexd.asp?id=31) to see if I would want to eventually purchase the NJoy. I’m not a heavy smoker (about half a pack a day) and smoke Camel Menthol lights. the thing with the e-cigs is the shipping for me, NJoy seems like it would be the better investment. I’m moving to Toronto, ON where cigarettes are 5$ upwards for the cheapest packs so overall it would still be alot cheaper and they offer free shipping currently to NA. With shipping just for the starter pack it’s almost 60$ for the e-cig. And overall either way I’m going to be saving a LOT in comparison to what the prices are. I just want people’s opinion’s on both as well as shipping times.|||The E-cig starter pack is a good choice for 1st time users in my opinion to see if they will like e-smoking.
However, keep in mind that you will get very frustrated because the batteries do not hold a charge very long and it seems like you are charging more than you are smoking. I would suggest buying 2 starter kits, because you will then have 4 batteries to play with instead of only 2.
I started out on the E-cig starter pack then went on to buy (2) Jantys and (2) NJOYs, which I enjoy very very much.

It came in a box of two mini cigs, with 10 cartridges and a charger for $36 (free shipping). One battery went bad immediately and I was quickly refunded $18. I have no idea how long this unit will last, but at least I don’t have $100 or more spent on something I might not like for long. Who knows?
At least with these devices, you’ll find out what e-smoking is like (not like cigarette smoking). And you’ll find out if you personally like it for all its many benefits. Edit: Okay, so I’m neurotic and can’t sleep and sometimes–that’s a really good thing! Ruyan is offering their new ‘mini cig’ model for 38$ (a whopping 1$ discount). I’ve also heard alot about this company but had trouble finding any decent offers except on ebay which had insane charges. So far, the cost of their refills is the cheapest I have found for the amount. 50 cartridges for 20$ with no shipping? O.o Has anyone tried this model/company? From what I can make out the Ruyan is only the V8 - all other models are made by different manufacturers with a massive variation in quality.

This technology is changing so rapidly that I bet our best models today will be antiques in half a year. These things are brand new, with high failure rates and somtimes poor satisfaction. That will change. I’ll start as cheaply as I can, then throw Big Bucks at a model that seems to satisfy everyone, with lots of vapor, every time, and a 5-year warranty.More and more e-cig for sale, 38usd for des901 mini e-cigarette, yes, it is cheap, but it seems not good package. We all know that the original Ruyan, Kissbox Classic, and Njoy e-cigarettes are namely one of the best e-cigarette in the market today.
Despite the differences in price, how did we figure out if one is better then the other, when most e-cigarettes generally have the same appearance?
The answer is simple. It’s because the components(mainly the atomizer) differ in quality for every brand.
But what about mini e-cigarettes? They are also another form of e-cigarettes.
We had many users on this forum who purchased cheap mini e-cigs, namely from eBay and dealextreme for about $30-40 USD, complaining about it’s performance.
And because of these priceless experiences, I think the whole forum here have a general impression that the mini e-cigarettes suck. In fact, they tend to bash on all mini e-cig retailers without even having a first hand experience.
But here is the truth. There are dozens of different manufactures for mini e-cigarettes, and the quality can differ for every brand, just like the classic e-cigarette. We can’t assume all mini e-cigarettes are the same.
And so today, I will give you everything I know about the mini e-cigarettes. (Mainly the DSE series)
The first mini e-cigarette to ever hit the market are the DSE-901 series. (picture below)
This particular model suffers from a somewhat big length, however it draws a plenty of smoke, quite stable model for a first generation.
The DSE-901 series are still manufactured, and you can easily spot find in many resellers.

The second generation of mini e-cigarette to hit the market are the DSE-902 series.
This model has some improvements over the first generation, mainly the shorter atomizer, and it’s thinner body.
But because of it’s thinner body, the battery is much longer which still results into length problems. It is also very hard to inhale on this device.
You can’t really buy this product anymore as there seems to be no manufacturing going on for DSE-902. However there is another brand to DSE series known as the Health brand, which can be found on http://www.ebay.com and http://www.dealextreme.com for about $30-$40 USD
Be aware that the health brand has serious quality control issues, and the cartridges taste awfully bad. It’s one of the lowest quality devices you can buy. If you are serious about e-smoking, avoid this at all cost.
The third model to hit the market is the codename DSE-901, DSE-101, or the v9
This model improved on all areas, mainly fixing the design flaws of last 2 generations.
It has a smaller battery, and even a smaller atomizer that sits inside the mouth piece.
The length of this model is usually 100mm, and 89mm length version is also out there.
However, there is still a problem with this product. The cartridges are too small, allowing on about 60 puffs, and the atomizer gets burnt if smoked with an empty cartridge. It also draws less smoke then the DSE-902 series.
This product can be found all over the web. It is the most common e-cigarette up to date.

And then, there is the newest, and the best mini e-cigarette, the DSE-103.
In appearance, this model looks just like the DSE-101. However, the cartridge and the mouthpiece are now a one part.
This particular model holds more liquid, and a new improved atomizer that draws more smoke, and does not burn like the DSE-101. This is the BEST mini e-cigarette model out there.

And there it is, everything you need to know about the mini e-cigarette series. Keep in mind that there maybe companies out there that uses it’s own proprietary components. Mini e-cigarette is still a developing technology, and maybe not as stable as the classic e-cigarette. But if you can buy the latest models such as the DSE-103, you shouldn’t be facing too much troubles.
I hope my contribution of knowledge can enlighten the users here for the enjoyment of mini e-cigarettes.|||i rather like the dse901.. longer yes but all the ones i have tried and i have tried many produce plenty of smoke.. e-cig.com dont sell them by the way they sell their own not very good one off type.. it dosnt produce much smoke and gets loads of liquid in the mouth it also has an odd size thread.. e-cig seem to do their own thing and sometimes not very well.. their mini being a good example..

The key, though is how easy the batteries are to suck on.
Just a couple quibbles, though; you left out the RN4081:

It’s basically the same as the DSE101, but the cartridge and the inside end of the mouthpiece are slightly modified to reduce the liquid in the mouth problem. And they have an easier draw than the DSE101 I’ve tried. You can distinguish it visually from the 101 or 103 because the battery has circular bands around it, instead of lengthwise stripes.

|||Of the 5 minis that I’ve tried, the RN4081 is the best I’ve used. LOTs of smoke. Good tasted. Reliable, as long as there’s a fresh battery in it. I got it from ecigsshop.com, and it’s up there as the 100mm Ultra Mini.|||I also have to agree.
The DSE101 is not a good product. It has low smoke, and cannot handle many draws at once.
However, the DSE901 is an excellent product with crazy smoke, but the length is too long.
The DSE103 is the perfect product in my opinion. I bought this model from minicigarette.net, and it’s like having the DSE901 satisfaction with the DSE101 looks.two words… Suppliers ForumDoes anybody know where you can get the DSE-103 in the UK?
I believe the one I have is a DSE-103, but it’s unbranded so it’s hard to be sure.
I wanted to get another one for my partner, and we may as well have the same kind so we have interchangeable carts and parts. I’ve looked at both pillbox38 on ebay and the new e-cigs.co.uk but they only seem to have the other DSE models.
I’m pretty sure someone is selling them, or I wouldn’t have a free sample one, just can’t find who it is!

Is the new miniCig cartridges taste okay? I really didnt want to indtro them to dripping just yet and wated to keep it super simple and give them a look/feel/color that there used to.

Hey guys, another collaberation needed for this one!
The forum has now been going for nearly nine months. In that time we’ve come a long way on this e-cigarette journey. I expect many here will remember posts that they found particularly interesting or provoking.
Sadly, the nature of a bulletin board is that all threads eventually disappear into the dark nether-regions of old posts, often times never to be seen again.

It looks like an improved version of the mini e-cigarette.
I own a mini e-cigarette myself, and it has a small cartridge that fits on top of the atomizer enclosed by a mouth piece.
However, it looks like their version 2 models have a mouthpiece that is also the cartridge itself.
I will be buying this and see how it is. Does anyone know about these new versions?|||that web-site isnt loading properly or is it just me?|||It looks like an older version, the DSE101. These are NOT THE DES-101’s.
In fact, it’s a DSE-103, which seems to be the newest generation of mini ecigs
I can confirm that It produces much more dense smoke then the DSE101
The mouthpiece is actually the cartridge itself, where the DSE101, the cartridge sits inside the mouthpiece.

This is torture! Like a kid at Christmas! I had my penstyle and this is JUST AS BAD and with new flavours to try!||| |||well,my matte white one is going very well right now…its smoking better than Dustys was…its better than most of the the shiny ones i usually get for vapour production-so far so good anyway…
of course for all i know it could diminish or burn out tomorrow…thats the curse of the esmoker i guess..but as of now,im very happy with it.
i got a mix of flavoured carts,plus i had some flavoured liquid and juice squeezed from old carts…and i dunno what the combination was that i came up with,but it tastes bloody lovely.
it will diminish over time,but probably not as quickly as the pen atomiser would…and youll probably notice a thicker,more satisfying consistency to its vapour…but of course the batteries and carts dont last nearly as long either.
im sure youre gonna really like it Tribal.|||they pretty much all smoke as well when new.. i am now smoking the test atomizer simon sent me.. its working superbly.. tons better than my ruyan cigar or my two nearly new generic cigars.. tons better than my week old pipe..
its only had one hours use so far.. i will continue to use it as my main daily device.. occasionally i will compare it with my two as new test samples.. its very good as new performance wont last long.. how long depends on the use it will get.. heavy in my case.. if it lasts me two weeks in a reasonable fashion i will be happy..
i know one thing for sure thow.. the only way to keep that as new out of the box fresh cart performance is to chuck the cart when its only half empty and use a new atomizer every day..
these things start to wear out from the moment they are first used.. how much deterioration the user tolerates is down to them.. i dont tolerate much..

I didn’t think much to the menthol flavour tho the Marlboro is quite nice and I haven’t tried the rest yet!
It smokes great, nice hit, as much vapour as Dusty’s too! I am ABSOLUTELY THRILLED WITH IT I can’t get over how great it looks either and Smokester’s service is awesome!
The carts are more harsh than the penstyle ones I had from Pillbox but not enough to make me not like them, the woolies look much cleaner and less yellow so maybe better for atomiser!
Thankyou to all for recommending me this fantastic ecig!!So yea a very exciting morning for me! One question I am having trouble telling the difference between interim carts and big fancy new ones. I have never seen DSE901 cats before. Some have tough plastic wrap on them some just thin baggies, can I tell from that!?
p.s sorry for the manic posting also I don’t rely on e cigarette, I have already associated that lack of ecig means sadness instead of tobacco smoke having given up many weeks before getting the ecig i figured that i can’t endorse a product just because it looks the same. I can say that i endorse smokester though.
