According to the British newspaper “Independent” reported that comparing with the average level of EU, Britons is the fattest, drinking more and have higher rate of dieing from smoking among Europe.

From 1998 -2003, the number of Diabetic patients has increased 50%. Reported that the eating habits of many Britons are very unhealthy. And they eat fruits and vegetables has been less than the number of EU average.
Reported that British drinkers of individuals also higher than the EU average. The most serious in the Northeast, every four adults have one alcoholism.
Moreover, Britain every 100,000 people have 288 people die from smoking. However EU average level is 263 people.
Although the rate of British teenage pregnancy has declined, comparing with other western European countries, in British the rate of 20-year-old pregnant woman is still highest.

Do Electronic Cigarettes Really Work?

Electronic cigarettes (also known as e-cigarettes) are a relatively new invention that - with recent improvements in the technology - has become quite popular in recent months. The claim is that they look, feel, and taste very similar to regular cigarettes, however rather than burning tobacco, they release a nicotine based water vapor when you inhale. T
The fact that electronic cigarettes do not burn any tobacco means that they are completely legal and can be smoked anywhere that traditional cigarettes are prohibited including bars, restaurants, the workplace; they are even approved by the TSA which means that they can be smoked on airplanes.
And while not technically a smoking cessation product, the fact that you can get the refill cartridges in varying degrees of nicotine offers some obvious benefits to those who would like to avoid the nasty effects of smoking tobacco. In fact, electronic cigarettes do not emit any cancer causing agents which is certainly one of its most significant benefits.
The question of course is, does it work?
I was sent a sample of the black cigarette style e-cigarette with a range of nicotine strengths and flavors. I suppose I was expecting to be immediately disappointed however the sleek black design was rather pleasing. It didn’t look exactly like a cigarette, however it was similar enough, and its basic size and feel did satisfy that oral fixation that is a large part of the smoking experience.
I was very pleased with the performance of the electronic cigarettes. There where a few subtle differences, such as the fact that I needed to apply an ever-so-slightly greater amount of sucking pressure when taking a drag, however the difference was not a deterrent. And while I can’t say that the flavor was on par with the finest tobacco, it was a reasonable simile, and would certainly get me through a long stretch without my regular smokes. The Menthol flavor being the most similar to regular cigarettes, and believe it or not Strawberry was unexpectedly enjoyable as well.
If you are looking to stop smoking, or at least stop the bleeding so to speak, I would have to say that – in my opinion – this blows nicotine gums, patches, and sprays out of the water. And for smoke
