Scientists Study The Misunderstanding That Smoking Is Good For Health Slimming
Some smokers thought that smoking is good for losing weight and staying in shape. However, a study from some scholars in Australia shows that the point of smoking can lose weight is just self-comforting. And smoking will bring a bigger harm to human health.
Australia, “Courier Post” on the 23rd reported, South Wales University and the University of Melbourne study found that smoking reduce your muscle, but not body fat.
Researchers made experimental observation of mice for seven weeks. A halt number of mice were put into a box with 4 pieces of burning cigarettes every day, and other halt of mice were put into a no cigarettes box. The result showed that the average food intake of mice in smog box is less 23% than other halt mice. But the body fat level is the same.
Researcher Charky said that smoking make reduce muscle, smokers mistakenly thought that to “slim down”. But in fact, your body still accumulates fat which is obviously not a good thing. At the same time, reduce muscle make smoker body get more harm.

e-Cigarettes vs Nicorette Nicotine Gum
There are more differences between these two alternatives to smoking cigarettes than there are similarities. Both give the user a dose of nicotine to help with nicotine addiction, however e-cigarettes or “electronic cigarettes” also provide the user with an outlet for the addiction of hand and mouth movement, which can be a very real problem for many who have been smoking and performing a repetative action for many years. e-Cigarettes also deliver the nicotine to the user in a very similar way as a regular burning cigarette; inhaled into the lungs, while nicorette is ingested and absorbed. The debate rages whether nicotine itself is a health concern, but most admit that removing all the other additives and toxins found in cigarettes is a huge step.
As any smoker who has tried knows; quitting smoking is hard. There is no one method that is best for everyone. If you have tried other methods of quitting with no success, you may want to try an e-cigarette. Please note this product is not yet FDA approved in the United States.

e-Cigarettes do provide users with a good dose of nicotine, which is addictive. It may even have some long term effects. However, tobacco cigarettes contain so much more potential to kill, it seems like comparing an air gun to a rocket launcher.
